My approach is designed to help clients develop enough confidence, resilience and self-awareness to ultimately manage their own habits without my support. Private sessions are very much aimed at ‘handing over’ tools and techniques as quickly as possible, much like a motivational coach.
The process of booking a session:
- You fill out a brief online questionnaire or make a general enquiry for more information
- I get in touch over email
- We arrange to meet for 2 hours at a therapy room at Charterhouse Clinic or over Skype
- You tell me what habit-change you’re struggling to activate or keep up, we explore why that may be the case and create an initial plan
- You either continue to tweak the plan by yourself or book in a 1 hour check-in session if and when you feel you need it
